Day 6

Things are going well. I am starting to enjoy eating health. The other night I made some pasta and it was amazing. I made it with brown rice noodles, turkey Italian sausage, and  super healthy tomato sauce. The sauce was different then I was used to but it tasted delish, and the brown rice pasta dint taste any different at all.

The only thing that I have been craving is a huge diet soda or a green apple Rockstar, but I have made it this far and I am not willing to let myself fail.

Right now I am about to make a shake for lunch. Yes a little late but that’s what happens when you have the day off and you wake up at 10 am. I think I am going to change up my shake a bit. I saw a recipe for an Almond Joy shake that I have been dying to have. It shake is made up of chocolate protein powder, almond milk, raw coconut flakes, and coconut extract. The raw coconut flakes took me forever to find. Most stores sale sweetened coconut flakes, but I finally found them at Relays. So I will let you know how that turns out.

Day 4

Yes no more headaches. I’m so happy right now.  I can’t stand those headaches.  You can’t get rid of them unless you sleep them off. Along with that everything is going well. I am loving the chocolate protein shakes. I like to make mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, spinach, and chocolate protein powder. Other then that I have been eating baked chicken and brown rice. Tonight I think I want to change it up and try some grilled salmon. One more thing, the chews are awesome! I try to only eat two a day but they taste to good. Lol.

Day 2 Begins Right Now

I am sitting here watching my fizz stick dissolve and wishing it was a sour apple Rockstar. I just want real caffeine. Last night I had the worst caffeine headache ever, I will not be able to handle another one of those today. I also work up to a huge pan of enchiladas in the fridge that was labeled for everyone. I really wanted to just punch the person that put them there. In the next 30 minutes I will embark on making yet another protein shake for breakfast, sounds so yummy doesn’t it. All you ever hear in this house right now is the blender running. well look out day 2, here I come. Toast to fizz sticks!

Day 1

Today was excited and extremely hard. I wanted to eat everything, but I made it though. Here is what my day looked like.

7 AM- Metabolism Boost

7:30 AM- BREAKFAST- Protein Shake with Fiber Boost and Almond Milk

10:15 AM- Fit Chew

12:30 PM- LUNCH- Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, and Green Beans

3:30 PM- Green Apple

4:30 PM- Fit Chew and Fizz Stick

6:30 PM- Metabolism Boost

7:30 PM- DINNER- Protein Shake with Digestion Plus, Almond Milk, and Spinach

Just finished shopping for some HEALTHY food to begin my detox tomorrow. Im getting very excited, but also freaking out. 28-Days of super healthy eating. My amazing girlfriend was as kind to make our first two days of dinners tonight. yummy baked chicken breast, brown jasmine rice, and green beans. This way all the cooking is out of the way for a bit.
